About the Role
The In‑House Marketing Representative Pre‑Arrival promotes HGV and schedules qualified sales presentations for prospective owners and club members, delivering both customer and concierge services while projecting a professional company image. This role works closely with hotel staff and adheres to established protocols. • Respond to guests promptly and embody HGV cultural values • Develop professional relationships with hotel staff and follow protocol • Execute reasonable management requests within capability • Distribute approved promotional materials and incentives to qualified guests • Accurately complete paperwork and log contacts in CRM systems (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) • Confirm appointments to ensure tour attendance • Review production reports and alert manager to challenges • Follow gifting procedures to meet monthly cost targets • Maintain minimum performance standards each month • Provide fulfillment department with guest pre‑gift information
