About the Role

The Project Manager II will lead design‑build/EPC projects, overseeing engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams while managing the prime contract and subcontract administration, and supervising field operations throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires directing engineering and construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, maintaining clear communication with customers and stakeholders, and proactively resolving disputes and risks. • Manage integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion • Direct engineering design and construction activities • Administer prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards • Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance • Communicate with customers to maintain satisfaction and coordination • Resolve disputes and mitigate risks • Oversee health and safety, QA/QC plans • Respond to RFIs and conduct value engineering reviews • Prepare procurement status reports and define work segregation • Coordinate subcontractor and supplier scopes, pricing, and schedules • Lead local bidding efforts and oversee procurement of subcontracts • Review and approve subcontract and PO invoices and submittals • Develop project schedules and monitor design and construction progress • Administer contract changes and create schedule of values • Expedite progress payments and prepare monthly performance reports • Conduct project close‑out, warranty administration, and post‑construction cost review • Foster stakeholder relationships and mentor junior staff

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, possess at least eight years of construction project management experience—preferably in power delivery DB/EPC projects—and demonstrate strong knowledge of industry practices, budgeting, safety, QA/QC, and relevant software tools. • Travel up to 50% of time as required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 8 years’ construction project management experience, preferably DB/EPC in power delivery • Strong knowledge of transmission, distribution, and substation materials, methods, and equipment • Proficiency in engineering, estimating, scheduling, bidding, and contract administration • Ability to manage budgets, safety, quality assurance, and environmental compliance • Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving, team‑building, and communication skills • Familiarity with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
