About the Role
The District Sales Manager role is a remote, outside‑sales position responsible for growing and maintaining business within an assigned territory. Leveraging deep knowledge of pre‑engineered metal buildings, the DSM builds strategic relationships, acts as a trusted advisor, and uses consultative selling to achieve annual sales growth targets. • Exceed sales and growth targets for the territory. • Prospect and develop new customers to expand market share. • Manage a pipeline of prospects through the sales cycle. • Record and maintain accurate CRM data per company guidelines. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing customers. • Read and interpret pre‑engineered metal building drawings. • Manage time and organize activities to focus on high‑impact sales.
