Project Manager - Data Centers
Manage and oversee large-scale data center construction projects.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Oversee large‑scale construction projects, including site development, ground‑up construction, data‑center buildouts and customer fit‑outs. • Manage the design and implementation of base building and tenant MEP systems. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors and consultants. • Review budgeting and scheduling deliverables for quality, drawing standards and adherence to internal goals. • Act as a construction subject‑matter expert when evaluating customer leases and ongoing projects. • Lead budget and schedule review meetings with the construction team. • Communicate project objectives, requirements and budgets with clients, design staff and senior leadership. • Create and maintain budgets and schedules for multiple sites at various design and construction stages. • Provide oversight and assistance on ongoing construction projects and escalate issues when necessary. • Conduct or delegate job‑site observations to ensure projects meet budget and schedule targets. • Participate in reviews with consultants and government agencies to coordinate entitlements for permitting and construction approvals.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field. • Possess at least 4 years of project management experience. • Have a minimum of 2 years of data‑center construction experience. • Preferred background in general contracting, construction management, equipment vendor or architecture. • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting and cost control. • Possess technical understanding of MEP systems and data‑center operations. • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English for job‑related communications.
