About the Role
The incumbent will support internal audit and control missions by extracting and analysing data from systems such as ERP, SAP and Concur, assessing internal controls, identifying performance improvement opportunities, and optimising audit sampling methods. The role also involves measuring how operational risks are monitored, delivering analytical insights on compliance and business risks, and ensuring auditors understand the analyses. • Query and leverage data sources (ERP, SAP, Concur) for audit purposes. • Assess internal control levels and identify performance improvement areas. • Optimize auditors’ sampling methods and measure operational risk monitoring. • Deliver analytical insights on compliance and business risks using group tools. • Drive data‑extraction projects and maintain reliable analytical scripts. • Measure system vulnerabilities to mitigate fraud and capital loss risks. • Provide training to audit and auditee teams for autonomous analysis access. • Propose additional analytics across finance, purchasing, HR, sales, pricing, logistics, etc. • Develop innovative visualisations of analytical results. • Apply data‑visualisation and dashboarding to communicate findings.

What You Bring
Technical expertise required includes Alteryx, ACL, SQL, Oracle databases, Tableau, data‑visualisation, machine‑learning, and scripting languages such as Python or R. The candidate must have at least six years of data‑science experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science or accounting, and proven experience in data analytics, auditing and risk management. Strong communication, leadership and project‑management skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across functional experts, global process owners and audit teams while adapting to changing priorities. • Understand business processes, IT landscape, and system configurations. • Utilize Alteryx, ACL, SQL, Oracle, Tableau, Python/R, and machine‑learning techniques. • Possess 6+ years of data‑science experience and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and project‑management abilities.
