About the Role

As a Certified Electrician, you will install solar and battery systems, lead main panel upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with branch teams, homeowners, and inspectors while earning competitive hourly wages and performance incentives via the Nike/Carhartt "The League" program. • Lead installation of solar electrical systems and grid interconnection. • Ensure workmanship complies with NEC and local codes. • Perform solar battery installations and troubleshoot system issues. • Plan and safely complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU). • Coordinate system upgrades/repairs with branch teams and homeowners. • Work with local inspectors to meet regulatory requirements. • Meet physical demands: lift up to 50 lb frequently, up to 100 lb with assistance; work on rooftops, confined spaces, and outdoors in varied weather.

What You Bring

• Hold a valid Journeyman/Electrician license and experience with up to 600 VDC/480 VAC. • Maintain a clean driving record; be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. • Wear required PPE such as arc‑flash suits, harnesses, gloves, and face shields.
