About the Role
The role involves planning, laying out, installing, testing, and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, motors, equipment, and control systems in accordance with plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. The employee may also work in other crafts as appropriate under project supervision and must hold all necessary licenses for the jurisdiction. • Plan, layout, install, test, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, motors, and control systems per codes and specifications. • Perform work in other crafts as appropriate under supervision. • Maintain positive crew relationships and produce high‑quality, safe work. • Provide feedback to ensure tools, materials, and information are available. • Identify and implement process improvements and share knowledge with teammates. • Apply advanced trade mathematics and inspect subordinate work for compliance. • Eliminate waste by reducing waiting, rework, and unnecessary material handling. • Lift and carry items up to 50 lb; work 12‑hour shifts in varied conditions. • Adhere to all safety standards; role is classified as safety‑sensitive. • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and communicate effectively. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) with company match.

What You Bring

The position requires high proficiency in trade mathematics, inspecting subordinate work for accuracy, and eliminating waste such as waiting time and unnecessary material handling. Candidates must have a minimum of three to six+ years of experience in industrial/commercial construction electrician work, depending on level, with an in‑depth understanding of the trade and the required licenses. They must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications, use trade tools effectively, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Physical demands include working up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions, climbing and balancing on steel or wood frameworks, ladders, and scaffolds, and lifting or moving objects up to 50 lb. Frequent use of personal protective equipment such as steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, and vest is required. • Minimum of 3–6+ years experience in industrial/commercial construction electrician trade, with required licenses.
