About the Role
The role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing residential electrical problems, performing repairs that exceed National Electrical Code standards, maintaining clean work areas, and educating customers on immediate upgrade options. Technicians will also accurately estimate and invoice projects, document work with photos, demonstrate safe practices, communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, keep the company truck organized, and deliver a 5‑star service experience. • Take home your truck each night and dispatch from home • Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems efficiently • Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code standards • Maintain clean work areas and professional appearance • Educate customers on immediate upgrade options • Accurately estimate, invoice, and document repairs with photos • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams • Keep company truck clean, organized, and inventory up‑to‑date • Conduct thorough system evaluations and provide summaries

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of residential electrical service experience, possess the necessary tools and a proactive attitude, and be able to lift over 75 lb, work in extreme temperatures, and climb in and out of box trucks. They must pass a federal background and drug screen, have a clean driving record and a current driver’s license, and be willing to wear a uniform and learn the customer service system. • Demonstrate safe work practices and methods • Deliver 5‑star service experience • Minimum 2 years residential electrical service experience • Ability to lift 75 lb and work in hot or cold conditions • Clean driving record, current driver’s license, pass background and drug screen • Possess necessary tools and a proactive “what’s next?” attitude • Willingness to wear uniform, learn customer service system, and stay organized
