About the Role

Each day you will repair trucks and equipment that serve over 20 million customers across North America, using modern tools and procedures on diesel and, at some locations, CNG trucks. Your work will directly support the local community by ensuring reliable service. • Work in a repair/maintenance shop at the Brampton hauling site • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls • Conduct safety checks on vehicles, prioritizing employee and community safety • Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times • Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards and follow established safety procedures • Work performed both inside garages/shops and outdoors in inclement weather, heat, and humidity

What You Bring

The position may require travel by air, so successful candidates must possess a REAL ID or an approved alternative. Our technicians are trained to deliver superior maintenance on diesel equipment, and we prioritize safety, training, growth, and rewarding performance. • Uniforms and PPE provided • Licensed 310T • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Age 18 or older • Legally eligible to work in Canada • Ability to meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Determined problem solvers • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; constant standing, walking, grasping; occasional sitting and balancing • Exposure to dirty, noisy, odorous, extreme weather environments
