HVAC Service Technician
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems on 2nd shift/weekends at Malvern facility.

About the Role
• Maintain and repair air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and related equipment. • Troubleshoot temperature control service calls throughout the building. • Monitor and adjust refrigeration, heat exchangers, HVAC systems, boilers, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance on base building and critical HVAC equipment per schedule. • Analyze system operations, identify problems, and recommend corrective actions to management. • Document repair and maintenance data, including material costs and labor, on work orders. • Review system data and collaborate with Reliability and Operations Managers on maintenance changes and equipment upgrades. • Maintain centralized system documentation for all repairs and changes, and clean work area and manage tools after each task.

What You Bring
We are seeking an HVAC Technician for our Malvern, PA facility to join the Infrastructure Support Team on a second‑shift or weekend schedule. The hands‑on role centers on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems with high “wrench time” expectations. Candidates must have technical expertise in HVAC, be available for call‑in work and be able to work independently while supporting critical building operations. • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. • EPA Universal Certification. • Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for oral and written reports. • Proficiency with computers for documentation and system monitoring. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in confined spaces (closets, crawl spaces, attics). • Availability for call‑in work and overtime as needed. • Minimum 2 years of trade school training or equivalent experience. • Boiler license. • Experience with preventive maintenance programs. • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). • Background in commercial building HVAC operations.

Benefits
The position is on‑site in Malvern, PA, with a salary range of $59,800–$86,800 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. This role does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
