About the Role
The director will provide management review and control over multiple engineering units, integrating specialized areas to serve business segments within the Critical Facilities, BET, FMCX, and ICT matrix organization. This high-level position guides development of projects, structures, and processes as part of major engineering programs. • Build and lead staff, coordinate market sector activities, and ensure client satisfaction. • Generate new revenue and expand existing streams within market focus. • Network with owners, architects, PM/CM firms, and general contractors; track leads and forecast project pipeline. • Collaborate with GEO Directors on staffing and project pursuits; ensure technical excellence and resolve client or internal issues. • Recruit senior staff with market‑specific experience; act as industry expert, deliver speaking engagements and white papers.

What You Bring
• Hold a B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience); PE registration required. • Minimum 15 years design experience, including at least 5 years in consulting/A‑E and 7 years of management. • 7+ years of business development experience in engineering; thorough knowledge of MEP systems. • Demonstrated leadership, relationship‑building, communication, and ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
