About the Role
• Complete AAON’s Production Leader Program • Lead and assign tasks to a team of workers • Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality • Collaborate with management to meet production targets • Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to support production plans • Monitor and enforce quality control processes • Investigate and resolve production and quality issues • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations • Conduct safety training and audits; recommend safety improvements • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency • Implement and oversee process improvements • Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products • Coordinate with inventory control to minimize waste and optimize stock • Generate regular performance reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency • Provide management with updates on production status and challenges • Visit manufacturing facilities with exposure to hot/cold temperatures, dust, and chemical fumes
