What You Bring
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or a high school diploma/GED with at least four years of sales experience) and a minimum of three additional years of experience in proposals. Desired characteristics are strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, the ability to influence others and lead small teams, and to spearhead moderate‑scope initiatives. Candidates should also be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate effective problem‑identification and solution skills, and possess proven analytical and organizational abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least four years of sales experience. • Possess a minimum of three years’ experience in proposal development. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively. • Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills.
