About the Role
The Civil Engineer will oversee site supervision of road and associated dry utility works, coordinate activities with the Resident Engineer, and manage documentation, scheduling, and safety on‑site. This includes maintaining daily diaries, reporting progress, and ensuring accurate as‑built drawings. • Direct site supervision of road and associated dry utility works • Review shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs • Maintain daily diaries, reports, and coordinate scheduling with the Contractor • Manage performance of construction team including site engineers, inspectors, and surveyors • Liaise with Resident Engineer, Contractor, and authorities to ensure safety and quality • Conduct regular site meetings and ensure timely exchange of correspondence and approvals • Oversee implementation of health and safety procedures and achieve safety goals • Measure work progress, prepare progress reports, and ensure accurate as‑built drawings

What You Bring
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role you will directly supervise the site civil works (utility services) of the project. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and have at least ten years of post‑graduate experience in site supervision and construction management of major infrastructure and dry utilities projects. Experience in the Gulf region, strong technical review skills, and proficiency with engineering software are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 10 years post‑graduate experience in site supervision and construction management of major infrastructure and dry utilities projects • Experience supervising general infrastructure projects, preferably in the Gulf region • Ability to review and justify material submissions, conduct acceptance sampling, testing, and quality assurance per specifications • Proficient with computer applications and engineering/construction software for data management and reporting
