About the Role
• Manage MEICA design and integration with other disciplines. • Prepare design deliverables balancing time, cost and quality. • Coordinate project resources with the resource manager and support recruitment and training. • Support business development by assisting account leaders and leading proposals and tenders in water and wastewater. • Oversee programme and financial management of small‑to‑medium MEICA‑focused projects. • Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams and promote the engineering team. • Lead design delivery and overall project management activities. • Motivate and manage individuals to consistently achieve project goals. • Contribute to and develop technical knowledge networks while staying current with emerging solutions.

What You Bring
