About the Role
The Inside Sales Associate will join a dynamic team that delivers virtual sales presentations and advises customers on subscription marketing solutions to meet their residential real‑estate goals. The role focuses on growing revenue by prospecting new customers, developing tailored marketing solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position allocates time across three activities: 10 % on inbound leads, 30 % on servicing existing customers, and 60 % on proactively prospecting new business. Success is measured by meeting monthly sales targets, performance metrics, and delivering excellent customer support. • Develop strategic relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue through a subscription model. • Conduct outbound calls and proactive outreach to prospect new opportunities and build a sales pipeline. • Deliver virtual demonstrations and educate clients on Land.com value, with quarterly in‑person engagement. • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. • Partner with colleagues to drive revenue and collaborate effectively. • Provide outstanding customer support, sharing insights and offering appropriate solutions. • Consistently exceed sales targets and meet all KPIs. • Manage and grow customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle. • Analyze data to provide strategic insights to customers.

What You Bring
• Allocate time: 10% inbound leads, 30% servicing customers, 60% prospecting new business. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Demonstrate a track record of commitment to prior employers. • Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or real estate. • Possess 1+ years of experience conducting virtual, live demonstrations in a client‑facing environment. • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Show drive, results orientation, and enjoyment of teamwork. • Adapt flexibly to changing situations in a high‑growth company. • Self‑starter who works independently and within a team, highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a plus.
