The entry‑level Sales Representative role focuses on engaging homeowners through in‑person outreach, introducing remodeling services and scheduling free in‑home product demonstrations without a sales quota, while providing a pathway to management or advanced sales careers. • Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in‑person outreach. • Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation. • Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations (no selling required). • Represent a top‑rated brand and use the role as a stepping‑stone to management or advanced sales. • Work a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule, typically 10 am–6 pm, with PTO available from day 1.
