About the Role
The Lead Counter Sales Associate demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers, processes orders, arranges deliveries, and updates customers on order status. This role serves as the point of contact for escalation issues, provides training and support to new counter staff, and acts as a liaison between supervisors and customers. The associate ensures purchase orders are completed, keeps merchandise displays stocked and clean, and upsells related products and promotions. Additional duties are performed as assigned. • Provide exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers • Process product orders, arrange deliveries, and communicate order status • Serve as escalation point and liaison between supervisors and customers • Train and support new counter staff • Manage purchase orders and maintain stocked, clean merchandise displays • Upsell related products, extensions, and promote product promotions

What You Bring
