Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers' storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to walk around facilities, spending up to 50 % of the time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal are also required. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
