About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests promptly. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and model units. • Assist with annual marketing plan outreach and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; submit weekly market reports. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies.

Benefits
