About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative, also called Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front line for telephone and walk‑in customers, handling rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment. The role involves understanding customer needs, negotiating terms, placing orders, and maintaining strong administrative accuracy. A professional attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction are essential. • Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track • Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers • Respond to telephone and walk‑in customers to rent construction and industrial equipment • Assess customer equipment needs, negotiate terms, and place rental orders • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure professional customer interactions

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, plus familiarity with construction and industrial tools and equipment. Prior experience in equipment rental, strong telephone and customer‑service skills, and solid computer and administrative abilities are valuable. Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process and bilingual abilities are preferred in some locations. The position requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, and may involve working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
