About the Role

The Technician Fabricator (Drill Bits) role is part of our Fabrication team, where you will play a key part in supporting production by accurately measuring, interpreting technical drawings, and fabricating components to specification in a safe, hands‑on environment. The position works first shift, from 6 AM to 4 PM, and involves physically active tasks, including lifting up to 50 lb and operating a forklift safely. • Measure components using calipers, micrometers, and other precision equipment. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, routers, bills of materials, and manufacturing procedures. • Perform fabrication tasks, applying basic math and adhering to product specifications. • Operate a forklift safely and lift up to 50 lbs. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency. • Work first shift (6 AM – 4 PM) in a physically active environment. • Participate in comprehensive benefits including medical care, life insurance, disability, 401(k) plan, and wellness programs.
