In resort operations, you will help create beautiful atmospheres and deliver warm, friendly service that makes each interaction memorable. • Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages per guest requests and resort standards. • Greet guests, take orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bar menu, seasonal specials, and signature cocktails. • Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance. • Restock bar inventory and supplies, and conduct monthly inventory checks. • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations. • Process payments, manage receipts, and balance the register each shift. • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service and a friendly atmosphere. • Engage guests at the bar to create an enjoyable experience. • Follow health department sanitation practices, including hand washing.

What You Bring

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a dedicated Beverage Attendant to serve guests, manage bar inventory, and uphold health and safety standards. The role combines bartending duties with monthly inventory responsibilities to ensure smooth bar operations. The ideal candidate has at least two years of bartending experience in a resort or hotel, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks. Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting heavy items, as well as flexible, on‑call availability, are required. • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender or beverage attendant in a resort or hotel. • Strong customer service, communication skills, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. • Ability to work fast‑paced, multitask, and perform basic math for transactions. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy trays for extended periods. • Preferred: current TIPS certification, Food Handler permit, inventory management experience, or bartending training.
