About the Role
The IT Project Manager role will lead initiatives within the Data, AI, and Reporting Technologies (DART) program, focusing on Microsoft Fabric Medallion architecture, AI‑driven solutions, and enterprise data governance aligned with the Document, Integrate, Govern (DIG) strategy. This position coordinates cross‑functional teams of Data Engineers, Analysts, and AI Specialists to deliver data pipelines, analytics, and automation that drive operational excellence and compliance. • Own end‑to‑end delivery of DART projects, from planning through execution. • Implement the DIG Data Strategy and AI Governance Framework using Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform. • Engage executives and business units to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver measurable outcomes. • Ensure compliance with data classification, retention, and AI Acceptable Use policies via Microsoft Purview. • Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams of Data Engineers, Analysts, and AI Specialists. • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and apply structured change management for smooth adoption. • Track KPIs, report progress, and continuously improve project processes. • Work with cutting‑edge Microsoft Fabric, AI automation, and predictive analytics technologies. • Collaborate with a passionate team focused on responsible and scalable data solutions.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and possess at least five years of project‑management experience, including two years on data or AI initiatives. Required expertise includes Agile or hybrid methodologies, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure AI services, and a solid understanding of data governance, compliance standards, and AI ethics. Preferred qualifications include experience with Copilot Studio, Copilot for Fabric, Power Platform AI tools, Medallion architecture, and Purview governance, as well as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Microsoft project‑management certifications. Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $160,000, dependent on experience, and requires on‑site work Monday through Friday in Sylmar, CA.
