About the Role
Field Engineers serve as the primary interface between on‑site teams and customers, working both technically and professionally. They may lead crews to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and started correctly, while delivering job‑site services that exceed expectations and provide reliable support. • Coordinate crew members to deploy tools and services, liaising with customers and Operations Managers. • Solve complex technical problems through hands‑on site work. • Prepare, document, and manage inbound and outbound equipment and products. • Support tenders with data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing activities. • Participate in job‑shadowing to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a related field earned within the last 36 months, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. They need fluent English communication skills, legal U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship, and strong interpersonal, leadership, critical‑thinking, data‑analysis, and project‑management abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or related field (graduated within 36 months). • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent). • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. • Legal authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship. • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, critical‑thinking, numerical, data‑analysis, and project‑management skills. • Visibility to senior leaders and experience in highly diverse teams.
