About the Role

• Set and properly mark grade stakes under the Grading Foreman's direction. • Operate heavy equipment and fasten attachments as needed. • Record reference points, monitor conformance to stakes, and oversee grading operations in the foreman's absence. • Use sledgehammer, pick, shovel, and other tools to drive pins, dig, and hook up trailers. • Assist with material handling, mix mortar, place bolts and nails, align forms, measure distances, and stretch tight lines.

Benefits

The position offers a starting wage of $22 per hour, adjusted for experience, and is full‑time permanent. Work is primarily day shift with a $3 premium for night shift hours; weekend work and overtime may be required.
