About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor for Oak Hollow I & II is responsible for delivering high‑quality maintenance support and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role supports Cushman & Wakefield’s commitment to superior customer service through timely, courteous, and personal attention to residents. Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments by painting, carpet cleaning, repairs and housekeeping, and completing resident service requests promptly. The supervisor must possess a broad knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, pool upkeep, snow removal, and life‑safety issues. Additional responsibilities are maintaining grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas and dog parks, performing on‑call emergency procedures, reporting budget‑impacting maintenance issues, and scheduling and recording preventative maintenance activities while complying with housing codes and safety policies. The role operates in a professional office setting with regular use of standard office equipment and involves travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders or stairs, and lifting or moving objects up to 100 lb, with up to 10 % travel time required. • Prepare market‑ready apartments (paint, carpet, repairs, housekeeping). • Respond promptly to resident service requests. • Perform plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliance, pool, and snow‑removal tasks. • Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks. • Execute on‑call emergency procedures and report budget‑impacting issues. • Conduct preventative maintenance and document activities. • Follow state, local, and federal housing codes and safety policies. • Work any shift Sunday‑Saturday as needed.

What You Bring
The position requires flexibility to work any shift from Sunday to Saturday, a valid driver’s license, and certifications such as CPO (if required) and EPA 608 Type II. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, or technical/vocational training, and at least three years of related experience. Competencies include safe use of cleaning agents, basic math for measurements and calculations, and adherence to Cushman & Wakefield safety procedures. • Hold a valid driver’s license; CPO and EPA 608 Type II certification required. • Minimum 3 years related experience; high school diploma or technical/vocational education. • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 100 lb regularly. • Travel up to 10 % of time between properties.
