Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include unit inspections, cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and making reminder or collection calls to keep customers current with payments. • Work independently across multiple storage locations, both indoor and outdoor. • Assess customers' storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and walk up to 50 % of the time in outdoor environments. • Clean, sweep, mop interior areas and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.

What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities spending up to 50 % of the time outdoors, climb stairs, and open large doors. The role also involves cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Qualified candidates have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food. A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Hold a valid driver’s license and use a personal vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursed).
