About the Role
Key responsibilities include defining and executing a growth vision for the Power Delivery practice, developing strong client relationships, driving business development, supervising design projects, reviewing design documents, preparing specifications and cost estimates, and ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability of deliverables. • Define and execute a growth vision for the Power Delivery practice. • Build and maintain trusted client relationships. • Lead business development to secure new projects and expand market presence. • Supervise design projects, review documents, and prepare specifications and cost estimates. • Ensure quality, timeliness, profitability, and proper resource allocation. • Mentor and lead a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and growth.

What You Bring

Candidates must bring 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree, a state PE license, extensive client contacts, proven business‑development success, and strong communication and leadership skills. • Possess 10+ years of electrical engineering experience and a state PE license. • Demonstrate proven business development, proposal writing, and budgeting abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and strong communication skills. • Travel as required; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
