About the Role
The Light Commercial ASM 1 supports the ASM 2 by overseeing wo rday office operations, delivering high‑quality service to retail and commercial clients, and helping the team achieve sales targets. Core duties include training and supervising staff, implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized office, building client relationships, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing reports and sales analyses. • Ensure high‑quality service to retail and commercial customers; address inquiries and resolve issues • Assist in training, motivating, and supervising staff to provide excellent service and follow standards • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed office targets; monitor performance metrics • Assist with stock control; monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks • Oversee daily office operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining organization • Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients; provide tailored solutions • Ensure compliance with safety regulations for a safe work environment • Prepare office reports, sales analysis, and other administrative tasks

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (a college degree in business or management is a plus), 1‑2 years of supervisory or assistant‑manager experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with retail management software and POS systems. They should also demonstrate strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities, as well as proficiency with standard business tools such as email, Word, and Excel. The position works in a clean, well‑lit, climate‑controlled office with standard equipment; employees regularly stand, sit, walk, talk, and use their hands, and must be able to lift up to 10 lb frequently and up to 25 lb occasionally.
