About the Role
The Cycle Manager oversees work sequencing, risk assessment, and compliance for equipment and system work windows, coordinates schedules, bundles work to minimize plant risk, and directs CEC organizations to align material condition plans with the cycle plan. This role also chairs or participates in the Station Oversight Committee, mentors staff, determines online risk levels, and supports emergency response and outage activities as needed. • Manage work sequencing, scope, risk level, and compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules for equipment and system work windows. • Coordinate and control the work schedule from E-28 through turnover to the Work Week Manager. • Bundle work within windows to minimize plant risk and system, structure, or component (SSC) unavailability; act as the switchyard maintenance interface. • Direct CEC organizations to ensure the material condition plan aligns with the cycle plan and business goals are met. • Establish scope and boundaries of the cycle plan and monitor Cycle Scheduler performance. • Chair or participate in the Station Oversight Committee and screen new issue reports. • Drive management of CEC backlogs, balancing preventative, corrective, and elective maintenance for continuous material condition improvement. • Mentor and develop other Work Management employees. • Determine online risk level for the CEC work schedule and emergent work. • Perform additional assignments such as emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree with eight years of related experience, a Senior Reactor Operator license with equivalent experience, or a high school diploma/GED with ten years of related experience, and must meet access and medical requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience in work management and scheduling, PC and mainframe scheduling knowledge, and supervisory or managerial experience. • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years related experience, or Senior Reactor Operator license + 8 years experience, or high school diploma/GED + 10 years experience; must meet access and medical requirements. • Preferred qualifications: experience in work management and scheduling; knowledge of PC and mainframe scheduling; supervisory or managerial experience.
