About the Role

Sales forecasting activities are directed to align performance targets, and the manager assists representatives in closing sales and preparing necessary documentation. Cost control of commissions and administrative expenses is also a priority. Staff recruitment, hiring, training, and development fall under the manager's duty, along with conducting performance appraisals, counseling, coaching, and handling disciplinary actions or terminations. They motivate and mentor the sales team, leading both one‑on‑one and group sales and training meetings. Ensuring that management and staff adhere to all HR policies and delivering excellent customer service are essential responsibilities.
