About the Role
The role involves applying diversified engineering principles to complex mechanical design projects, developing new techniques and procedures, and participating in the interpretation and creation of Standards of Practice. The senior engineer will perform duties of a Project Engineer, may act as a quality coordinator, and will contribute innovative ideas while staying informed of industry developments. • Design complex mechanical building systems applying diversified engineering principles. • Develop and improve engineering techniques and procedures. • Interpret, update, and create Standards of Practice. • Perform Project Engineer duties and coordinate project quality. • Generate innovative ideas and stay current with industry developments. • Conduct constructability reviews to reduce costs and accelerate timelines.

What You Bring
• 8‑10+ years of mechanical engineering experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; PE license or pursuing licensure. • Experience designing internal piping processes for commercial/industrial structures. • Proficiency in advanced design techniques, QA/QC of drawings, and ISA P&ID development. • Advanced Revit skills and solid CAD proficiency. • Strong communication, teamwork, and independent work abilities. • Ability to mentor and support design staff. • Fluency in English for written and verbal communication.

Compensation ranges from $100,500 to $119,500 annually, based on qualifications.
