About the Role
The Senior Property Executive (Ops & Support) assists the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily operational and support services, ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant workplace environment. This role manages service vendors, maintains service quality, and implements health, safety, and workplace initiatives. Key responsibilities include supporting continuous improvement efforts, supervising cleaning, security, landscaping, and catering services, and managing vendor contracts with regular inspections and audits. The executive responds promptly to operational issues and emergencies, assists with budget tracking, service reporting, and performance reviews, and fosters strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Additional duties involve monitoring contractor performance, ensuring workplace safety compliance, overseeing the AV and logistics team for events, maintaining accurate item specifications in statements of requirements, and managing tenant relations for seamless fit‑out execution. • Support Facilities Manager in operational efficiency and service delivery. • Supervise cleaning, security, landscaping, and catering services. • Manage vendor contracts and conduct regular inspections and audits. • Respond quickly to operational issues and emergencies with service providers. • Assist with budget tracking, service reporting, and vendor performance reviews. • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders. • Monitor contractor performance, service quality, and maintenance schedules. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and statutory standards. • Oversee AV and logistics team for seamless event setup and execution. • Maintain accurate item specifications and unit rates in statements of requirements. • Manage tenant relations to ensure smooth fit‑out execution.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Facilities Management or an equivalent qualification, possesses at least 13 years of relevant experience, and has a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification. Additional credentials include CFME Tier 3/4 certification and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent. • Minimum 13 years of relevant experience. • Valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification. • CFME Tier 3/4 certification. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
