About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, handling customer interactions, unit inspections, cash handling, and collections. The role requires physical activity such as lifting, walking, and routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities. • Assess customers’ storage needs and sell packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. • Perform payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of the shift walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior areas and exterior grounds.

What You Bring
