About the Role
The Facility Executive – Technical ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other technical services. The role includes supervising external service providers, coordinating with vendors, and guaranteeing compliance with safety and operational standards. In this position you will manage daily functions of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, diesel generators, UPS, lifts, sewage and water treatment plants, and fire‑fighting equipment. Routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities are performed to keep technical assets operating reliably. You will also collaborate with housekeeping, security, and other facility support teams to deliver integrated facility management, and generate reports on maintenance status, incidents, and technical audits. • Manage daily operations of building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, generators, UPS, lifts, and fire‑fighting equipment. • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of technical assets. • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies. • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other facility support functions. • Prepare reports on maintenance status, incidents, and technical audits.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates holding a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline, with two to five years of experience in facility management or building maintenance. The ideal applicant possesses strong knowledge of building systems, hands‑on experience with building management systems, energy‑management tools, and conducting safety audits. • Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Possess 2–5 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of building systems and technical operations. • Have hands‑on experience with BMS, energy‑management tools, and safety audits.
