About the Role

The incumbent drives business growth by analyzing market data to identify opportunities, planning promotions, and executing activations. They enhance revenue through both mining existing customers and acquiring new profitable accounts, while maintaining strong account management and retention practices. Responsibilities include forecasting sales targets, mapping market intelligence, building deep knowledge of customer priorities, and fostering value‑added relationships. The manager also oversees the full client lifecycle—from onboarding and billing to contract negotiation, tariff management, and SLA establishment—while conducting regular business reviews and monitoring competitor activity. • Identify and promote market opportunities through data analysis. • Mine existing customers for growth and improve account retention. • Acquire new profitable business to meet targets. • Forecast and plan sales goals annually, quarterly, and monthly. • Map market, maintain intelligence, and build deep customer insights. • Develop value‑added relationships and manage end‑to‑end client onboarding. • Handle billing and payment collection. • Prioritize target customers and penetrate key accounts. • Negotiate and update tariffs via the technology portal. • Build senior‑level relationships to facilitate decisions. • Finalize contracts and establish service level agreements. • Conduct MBR/QBR meetings for critical customers. • Monitor competitor activity and provide market reports. • Present business trends to senior management for new service development. • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
