About the Role

The role supports skilled craft workers by performing assigned duties and, when needed, working in other crafts appropriate to the employee’s training and skill level. The employee must follow direction from higher‑skilled workers or foremen and be prepared to learn on the job. • Minimize waste such as waiting, rework, transport, storage, and time. • Seek supervisor guidance when uncertain about work or safety. • Learn and follow safety hazards associated with tasks. • Safely operate work‑related tools and equipment. • Identify and implement task improvements; learn from peers. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure necessary materials, tools, equipment, and information are available. • Use phone/computer/email occasionally for communication. • Navigate confined, cluttered, uneven spaces. • Use hands frequently to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Lift, push, pull objects up to 50 lb occasionally. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Perform safety‑sensitive tasks that could affect employee or others’ safety (e.g., operating vehicles, equipment, handling hazardous materials). • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k). • Utilize Flexible Time Off and Flexible Spending Accounts.

What You Bring

• Apply basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately. • Complete NCCER Core Curriculum or hold a high school diploma/equivalent. • Have 1–3+ years experience in industrial/commercial construction (Level I‑III). • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required PPE (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest). • Reach above shoulder and below waist frequently; stoop, kneel, bend occasionally.
