About the Role
The Field Learning Specialist role supports project coordination, site safety, documentation, and training functions across the nation. The position follows a Monday‑to‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm schedule and requires national travel roughly 3‑4 days per month. Key duties involve managing material procurement, supporting job‑site mobilization, acting as the on‑site representative, leading safety compliance, preparing daily reports, and operating equipment with a CDL license. The specialist also leverages Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, SharePoint, and Power BI to maintain documentation, train personnel, and analyze data. • Manage material procurement, tracking, and job‑site mobilization/demobilization. • Serve as on‑site representative for contractor, subcontractor, and vendor meetings. • Assist foremen with daily tasks to keep projects on schedule. • Act as designated site safety compliance representative and maintain certifications. • Lead weekly toolbox talks and provide project‑specific safety training. • Conduct multiple daily site inspections and report hazards to the General Contractor. • Prepare daily reports covering conditions, safety updates, equipment, and personnel. • Upload work photos and maintain on‑site documentation on the team platform. • Use Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Build for documentation and reporting. • Update activity‑tracking spreadsheets in SharePoint and attend regular team meetings. • Assess material needs, order and deliver training supplies, and obtain training approvals. • Record attendance, analyze no‑shows, and schedule training with Service and Project Managers. • Collaborate on training design, assessment creation, and grading scale development. • Lead live or recorded classes on electrical code and theory, and review content for clarity. • Manage Build project access, form creation, and SOP distribution within the platform. • Design Excel grade‑entry templates, generate charts, and interpret data for insights.

What You Bring
Candidates must have four or more years of electrician experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction‑tech tools. Preference is given to those with L&D experience and bilingual ability in English and Spanish. The role requires physical stamina to work in all weather conditions, lift up to 51 lb, and operate at heights up to 90 ft. • Travel nationally 3‑4 days per month. • Hold a valid CDL license and operate equipment for material off‑loading and staging. • Minimum four years experience as an electrician; L&D experience preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Bluebeam/Adobe PDF, Autodesk Construction Cloud Build, SharePoint, and OneNote. • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong verbal and written communication. • Ability to prioritize, set timelines, and complete plans independently. • Physical ability to work in all weather conditions, lift up to 51 lb, and work at heights up to 90 ft. • Required use of PPE, access to ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, and confined spaces. • Commitment to safety protocols, including COVID‑19 precautions and drug‑free workplace.
