About the Role
The Project Sales Manager (PSM) drives growth in multifamily, hospitality, mixed‑use, and light commercial segments within an assigned territory. The role builds strategic relationships with developers, owners, MEP and general contractors, architects, and design firms to influence product selection and specification for multi‑unit housing and hospitality projects, positioning Delta Faucet’s full portfolio as the preferred solution. • Develop and execute regional business plans targeting multifamily and hospitality developers, owners, contractors, and design‑build firms. • Identify and convert project opportunities, driving specification and standardization of Delta Faucet products. • Build relationships with architects, designers, developers, property managers and plumbing contractors to increase brand preference. • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Regional Directors, and Agency Partners to align strategies and optimize market coverage. • Manage a pipeline of multi‑unit and light commercial projects using CRM and tracking tools (e.g., ConstructConnect, Dodge). • Deliver persuasive presentations and product training to decision makers and specifiers. • Partner with marketing, product management, and operations to support bids and resolve specification challenges. • Monitor market trends, competitive activity and key project developments for strategic forecasting. • Represent Delta Faucet at trade shows, industry events and association meetings.

What You Bring
• Travel 30–50% of time, including overnight, across the assigned territory. • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years of sales or sales management experience; project/specification sales background preferred. • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting demands. • Track record of developing long‑term relationships with developers, architects and contractors. • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), sales forecasting tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a matrixed organization. • Willingness to travel as required.
