About the Role
Daily responsibilities include traveling up to 15%, publishing performance metrics, maintaining accurate equipment and spare‑part metadata, and coordinating preventive maintenance schedules with maintenance, control systems, and operations teams. The role also oversees materials management processes, conducts inventory cycle counts, and provides Tier 1 EAM support and user training. The position involves repetitive physical activities such as bending, crouching, and lifting parts up to 49 pounds, often in environments with dust, noise, temperature variations, and uneven surfaces. Flexible scheduling—including weekends, nights, and holidays—is required to align maintenance work with available downtime. • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and work packages for material handling equipment. • Screen, audit, and estimate labor, materials, and tools for EAM work orders to support a reliability‑centered maintenance program. • Manage equipment and spare‑part metadata in the Enterprise Asset Management system, ensuring accurate labeling and barcoding. • Coordinate with maintenance, control systems, and operations teams to schedule proactive maintenance during downtime windows. • Oversee materials management, including requisitions, purchase orders, inventory cycle counts, and 5S organization of the store. • Provide Tier 1 EAM support, conduct user training, and act as liaison for issue escalation and new functionality rollout. • Maintain facility performance metrics, interpret data, and recommend process improvements.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least two years of experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities maintenance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree, several years of enterprise software and EAM experience, project management skills, and data‑analysis expertise. • Required: High School diploma, 2+ years planning/scheduling/auditing facilities maintenance, MS Office proficiency, flexible schedule, up to 15% travel. • Preferred: Associate degree or related training, 3+ years enterprise software experience, project management background, 4+ years EAM (Infor EAM ASE desired), data analysis in asset management.
