About the Role
The Deputy Project Manager will work closely with Metro NY senior management and Project Managers, handling data collection, financial analysis, and reporting across multiple business lines. Responsibilities include maintaining spreadsheets and databases, creating Excel and PowerPoint deliverables, forecasting financial metrics, monitoring project performance, and supporting corporate initiatives and software tools. • Support Metro NY senior management and assist Project Managers. • Collect and analyze financial, economic, and qualitative data across multiple sectors. • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and Excel/PowerPoint reports. • Produce monthly and quarterly forecasts of key project and program financial metrics. • Monitor project status and evaluate operational and financial impacts. • Track corporate initiatives, attend senior management meetings, and follow up on action items. • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide recommendations. • Coordinate data collection with Business Lines and corporate departments for senior management reporting. • Assist Project Managers with project management software systems. • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with urgency.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline and be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Desired skills include experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Revit, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, strong quantitative analysis under tight deadlines, and effective communication with both technical and administrative teams. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiar with Oracle Primavera P6, Revit, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. • Demonstrate strong quantitative analysis skills under tight deadlines. • Communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and administrative personnel.
