About the Role
The Senior Regional HSSE Manager provides direction and support to regional operations for health, safety, environmental, and security (HSSE) management, while assisting the Corporate Governance Group in maintaining C&W Services' HSSE management systems. This role ensures that safety is integrated into daily operations across all sites in the region and that compliance with corporate standards is consistently monitored. Key responsibilities include deploying the corporate HSSE Management System, conducting regional job risk reviews, developing and tracking corrective action plans, and supporting the creation of site-specific HSE Playbooks. The manager also leads incident management processes, oversees training programs via the Learning Management System, analyzes HSE performance metrics, and prepares monthly performance reports. • Deploy C&W Services' corporate HSSE Management System across the region • Conduct regional job risk reviews: assess hazards, identify controls, develop CAPs • Maintain and advise on site HSE Playbooks (HSE Management Plans) • Support senior regional leadership in creating annual Safety Improvement Plans • Implement and monitor corporate incident management program and CAPs • Participate in Regional and Significant Incident Reviews involving senior management • Develop and deliver corporate HSSE training via the web-based LMS • Analyze regional HSE statistics, report trends, and recommend performance improvements • Prepare and submit monthly HSE performance reports with KPI updates • Track, investigate, and manage Workers' Compensation claims in coordination with WC Program Manager • Respond to RFPs for HSSE-related services, preparing required documentation • Ensure compliance with HSE record-keeping, auditing, training, medical, and OSHA requirements • Coordinate and participate in corporate HSE audit and inspection programs • Report to senior regional management regularly and handle ad‑hoc HSSE projects • Travel non‑overnight throughout New England; climb ladders and lift up to 40 lb

What You Bring
Candidates should possess a BA/BS in Safety, Engineering, or a related field, with preferred occupational health and safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, or CIH. They must have at least eight years of HSE experience in facility services or building maintenance, including three years managing multiple sites, and demonstrate strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. The role requires willingness to travel throughout the New England area, the ability to climb ladders and lift up to 40 pounds, and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Familiarity with technical facilities operations and a sensitivity to operational and customer needs are also essential. • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills considered a plus

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $93,500 to $110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement, and disability plans.
