About the Role

• Coaches, mentors, and provides guidance to craft workers, (plumbing trade). Schedules and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers and operation of equipment and machinery. Verify all staff certifications when scheduling personnel on a project. • Coordinates placement and storage of materials, tools and supplies to support the construction plan. Assists in maintaining assigned tool inventory. • Eliminates construction and job site hazards and performs required safety observations. • Inspects work in progress and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications. • Plays a key role in project planning, overseeing construction schedules, manpower requirements, and staffing decisions based on equipment knowledge. • Identifies conflicts or need for clarification in contract documents. • Verifies that delivered materials and equipment match approved submittals. • Utilizes technical expertise to prepare material take-offs, design systems, and generate detailed sketches from various project documents. • As required, works with tools to meet construction schedules or other demands.

What You Bring

Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as a Construction Foreman. Multifamily experience a plus. Colorado Plumber's License required. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
