About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to carry out a variety of building tasks, including framing, insulation, roof system installation, and trim work. The Builder works as part of a crew to assemble structures, accurately positioning components based on the unit’s design. • Perform framing, insulating, roof system installation, and trim work. • Use hand and power tools while reading blueprints. • Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts. • Collaborate with a crew to assemble building structures. • Accurately position building components according to design specifications.

What You Bring

Success in the position requires proficiency with hand and power tools, the ability to read blueprints, and safe operation of forklifts and scissor lifts. Candidates should be prepared to work the 6:00 am – 4:30 pm shift and be available for overtime when needed. Preferred experience includes welding, prior forklift or scissor‑lift operation, construction, roofing, or sheet‑metal work, though these are not mandatory.
