About the Role
Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, tailoring presentations for audiences from C‑level executives to contractors, collaborating with sales teams to drive growth, implementing the ASCO System of Management, managing the opportunity pipeline, and providing technical support and design assistance for offers and quotes. The role also requires serving as the primary EcoStruxure Power ambassador, promoting IoT and connected product architectures, identifying talent for technical competency development, and supporting marketing initiatives for ASCO Power Technologies. • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and profitability on complex projects. • Collaborate with sales teams to execute ASCO Power Technologies initiatives and increase sales hit rates. • Implement the ASCO System of Management in the assigned U.S. sales geography. • Manage the pipeline of engaged opportunities, coordinating with ASM/Field Sales to prioritize projects. • Provide launch and ongoing technical support for ASCO offer management and marketing efforts. • Assist with system design and quote optimization for low‑voltage and medium‑voltage applications. • Offer EcoStruxure expertise, promotion and design support for IoT and connected product architectures. • Identify technical competency gaps and create development plans for team members. • Serve as the primary EcoStruxure Power ambassador representing the brand and solutions.

What You Bring

The role is full‑time and open to U.S.‑based applicants. • Adapt presentations for diverse audiences, including C‑level executives, consultants, contractors and decision‑makers. • Articulate optimal solutions through system application knowledge, bid strategy and effective use of product and quotation resources. • Demonstrate high energy, strong influence and excellent presentation skills. • Possess expertise in low‑voltage and medium‑voltage applications and willingness to travel 25‑30% of the time. • Hold a four‑year technical degree (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred) or equivalent experience. • Bring 5+ years of business development or sales experience in complex sales environments. • Be proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Visio, Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat.

Benefits
The position is based in the United States with an annual compensation range of $128,480 to $192,720, which includes base salary and short‑term incentive. Pay within the range is set according to performance, skills, experience and education.
