About the Role

Reporting to the Integrity Manager, you will lead a team of 4 to 6 Plant Inspectors, interpret and report on the mechanical integrity of refinery equipment, maintain historical records and recommend repair or continued‑use actions. The role requires robust stakeholder engagement across the refinery, collaborating with Operational and Engineering teams on integrity matters, major maintenance events and complex incident investigations. With a strong safety focus, you will ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with HSSE practices and procedures. • Lead a team of 4‑6 Plant Inspectors to ensure mechanical integrity of refinery equipment. • Interpret inspection data, maintain historical records and recommend repair or continued‑use actions. • Engage operational and engineering stakeholders on integrity matters, major maintenance events and incident investigations. • Ensure all activities comply with HSSE practices and procedures.

What You Bring

You are a certified AICIP In‑Service Inspector or API‑510 Pressure Vessel Inspector. Ideally you hold a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a recognised trade qualification with relevant experience. Experience in refinery plant engineering or pressure‑vessel inspection is preferred, along with qualification as an Assessor of Quality Assurance Systems. You possess knowledge of continuous process plant operations, oil‑refining processes, ALARP risk‑management techniques and are proficient in MS Office, influencing and stakeholder engagement.
