About the Role
The Property Administrator (CRE) supports the Property Management Team by handling administrative tasks, responding promptly to tenant requests, and ensuring professional service. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing lease and contract documentation, and assisting with bid proposals and invoice processing. • Provide full administrative support (phone, typing reports, filing, correspondence distribution) • Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events • Assist with lease administration, tenant contacts, insurance information, and generate reports • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and approve invoices • Code invoices for Property Manager approval • Stock office supplies and maintain office inventory • Complete contract and insurance certificate information in contract administration software • Track, file, and monitor contract and insurance expirations • Monitor property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly status reports • Maintain property purchase order system • Organize lease, contract, and other property management files • Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients; track service calls • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual management and budget reports • Process staff hours, tenant bill‑back invoices, expense reports, meter readings, and check requests • Provide strong customer focus (internal and external) • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

What You Bring
The position requires strong communication, customer focus, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as initiative and the ability to multitask. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and prior customer service experience is advantageous.
