About the Role

What You Bring
We are seeking experienced HVAC Mechanics to support our fast‑growing North American HVAC business, working on light and heavy commercial equipment, including advanced industrial systems. The role involves performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems, partnering with journeymen on complex machinery. • Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience with rooftop units, pumps, fans, boilers, chillers, compressors, etc. • Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry. • Ability to perform mechanical shaft alignment, vibration analysis, and use dial indicators. • Pass a knowledge examination; hold universal EPA refrigerant license and a valid driver’s license. • Strong communication, documentation, and detail‑oriented skills; self‑starter with a passion to learn.
