About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers for payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits each day. • Perform payment reminder and collection calls to keep customers current. • Lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds. • Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Clean interior areas (sweep, mop) and maintain exterior grounds free of debris. • Provide flexible full‑time schedule (9:30 am‑6 pm, weekends until 5 pm).

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities spending up to half of the time outdoors, climb stairs, and open large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service‑based roles.
